Teachers should be intentional and systematic in the way they manage their classroom considering the linguistic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of the students. Clear classroom management plans help to reduce confusion and set clear expectations for students accounting for their interests, academic, social and behavioral needs. Student behavioral expectations for success.

I will avail learning resources, including supplementary materials, to cover the syllabus. The students will also complete scheduled assignments and exams. These test activities will simultaneously allow for your review of progress, where they will periodically bring school reports for your assessment. Student evaluation will also include comprehensive screening to identify students with learning difficulties and challenging behavior, such as non-compliance, vulgarity, verbal or physical aggression, withdrawal, and disruptive behaviors, negatively impacting the learning process. Critically, it is also important to promote the development of supportive social behaviors such as respectful interaction, cultural appreciation, and ethical behaviors for academic success (Gaias et al., 2019). I expect students to have socially appropriate behavior with high-level interpersonal teamwork skills, respect, conflict resolution, and empathy. Overall, class participation will be graded by attendance, assignment completion, and academic scores.
The second component will address targeted intervention based on student screening results to ensure positive learning outcomes. In response to the learning progress of the class, students with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and chronic disorders will enjoy additional support. Pertinently, engaging students with disabili...
