I hereby write this letter for the purpose of explaining to you the auditing and other assurance services that our auditing company, Ches Hudson & Associates, offers as well as the benefits that each of these services has for the client, in this case Apollo Shoes Inc. An explanation of my auditing firm’s role in providing the available services to clients is also provided, in addition to the requirements for meeting the standard for services offered by Ches Hudson & Associates.

Auditing and other assurance services we offer and their benefits
In general, the services offered by our CPA firm include internal audit, corporate treasury solutions, audit of financial statement, risk assurance, IFRS reporting, corporate reporting, regulatory compliance, and IT risk assurance. The services we offer fall into three broad categories: assurance services, attestation services, and audit services.
Assurance services: these are basically the independent professional services that are aimed at improving the quality of information for top managers and decision makers in an organization (Rittenberg, Johstone & Gramling, 2011). Some of the forms of assurance services offered by our CPA firm include services, which are related to information system reliability, and measurement of business performance.
Attestation services: these are a sort of assurance services where the Certified Public Account Company issues a report regarding the dependability of an assertion that is the duty of another party. The attestation services offered by our firm include audit of historical fiscal statements; attestation services on information technology; and review of historical fiscal statements. They also include attestation of internal control over fiscal reporting, in addition to other attestation services. An attestation service, for instance, could be a report about the efficiency of an organization’s internal control over fiscal reporting (Delaney & Whittington, 2011).
