Review of the Journey of the Universe
The film Journey of the Universe was directed by David Kennard and Patsy Northcutt and released in 2011. In particular, it was adapted from a book by the same name written by Mary Evelyn Tucker and Brian Thomas Swimme. Swimme is the narrator of the film and makes the viewer understand how the cosmos came to be and the transformations it has undergone.
The film relates to religion since it gives a fascinating story showing the interconnectedness of various things and life on earth. The Journey of the Universe was shot from Samos Greek Island, Pythagoras place of birth (“Journey of the Universe,” 2011). The documentary is religious-based since it portrays how humans relate to other animals.
