Happiness is among the most important elements for any organization's progress and productivity. It was traditionally thought that happiness is supposed to be confined to home. In the video, Matt Phelan argues well against such a notion. He notes that employees are human beings, and the workplace is supposed to be alive. There is no way an employee can be happy only at home and then get to work and stop being happy. It is usually the wish of every employer to have a team that genuinely works to push the organization forward.
