Having been the governor of California, he boldly addressed revival of the economy with a lot of vigor and zeal. His speech on the State addresses focused on commitment as the President of United States of America, with absolute integrity. Ronald Reagan’s speech and national address urges the citizens to exercise high levels of personal character. He strictly advocated for honesty, free corruption working style and zero tolerance to compromise (Brown, n.d.). He had perseverance and rational approach to international and local leadership, according to his speech delivered at the public rally.
Ronald Reagan’s speech shows that he is more focused on matters of economy and national unity consultation was one of his fundamental aspect of transformational talk. Reagan focused on the economic growth of the country more than any other sector, according to his command and talked about restoring the economy. He called for the revival of the US economy using both international trade policies and local policies through his powerful public address. Obama was also the charismatic and contingency-situational leader according to his way of public address. He talked of solutions depending on the timing and other conditions. Obama was able to motivate people through his eloquence and organization of speech. He involved all people in his activities as well as being influence others. Obama style of public speech was filled with vigor and ambition, enabling him to cut across cultural and ethnic groups with a lot of ease. His ability to teamwork through a call to action through public speech with the other opponents made him be an outstanding national figure.
