Islam developed and started growing after the birth of the Islamic prophet, Muhammad. When Muhammad was 40years old, he started receiving revelations from angel Gabriel and recorded them in the Quran. The Muslims started inhabiting Asia from the southern coasts of India on the eighteenth century. Since that time, many developments have taken place in the Islamic religion.
