This is a 25-point project (team) assignment.
This assignment asks you to consider holistic and ethical issues related to your chosen technical innovation from Module 1. You will prepare a brief report (up to 5 pages, not including the referencesand contribution table) for your engineering manager (your instructor).  Use the template provided on the following pages to address required elements of the report.  Keep bolded titles in the template but remove descriptors and this first page before making your PDF. One member of the team should submit the completed report as a PDF.
Holistic IssuesYour team will choose three holistic issues for your report.

Ethics What are the ethical issues related to this innovation?
Any tables and figures presented should be appropriately numbered, titled, and referenced from the text of the report.  Use IEEE style for citing references in text and formatting your reference list.  In an appendix, include a breakdown of each team member’s contribution for U5 (report) and U6(presentation) following the format shown in Table 1. Be specific on the contribution content (i.e., do not list ‘meeting’, but clearly indicate the project work completed) and be sure to include total times.
