My Internship Experience
It is 9 pm in the night just after having dinner, relaxing in my room while watching movies from my newly acquired screen in the comfort of my home. It was my second month in the apartment, and I loved every bit of my stay in the surrounding since it was quiet and friendly compared to other neighborhoods to which I had been. My life had just started being normal again after long struggles to survive.
After years of struggles, there was finally hope since I had landed an internship opportunity at one of the best hospitals in the country that is Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota as a Cardiac Nurse dealing majorly with elderly patients suffering from cardiovascular system conditions. I had had a busy life every day for a long time. The reason was my area of specialization required me to be more committed to providing treatment, diagnosis, and prevention of cardiovascular conditions to the patients and working directly with them upon their recovery.
It was a wonderful experience that I had every day since I was doing something I loved. Being a cardiac nurse is not an ordinary day job because it requires one to be dedicated to the job since one can handle critical patients.
