In every workplace, there are successes and failures every employee experiences. As an accounts manager, I experienced significant success that was integral at career and personal-wise levels. I became skilled in reading, comparing, and interpreting data and figures. I was able to reduce customers' tax liabilities by analyzing their finances. Furthermore, I also promoted maximum supervision in the accounting department because of having good interpersonal communication skills. Through effective supervision, employees improve their productivity, communication, and confidence (Andrews, 2022). Interpersonal skills are beneficial in helping an employee cope with challenges future. These skills will help me to develop good relationships with my colleagues. The inability to solve problems is another challenge without good interpersonal skills. I would utilize my interpersonal skills to understand my work colleagues and make the best solution for each person involved.
