It is necessary to pay a minimum wage of at least 10 dollars per hour to enhance the quality of life and fairness in remuneration. The current federal minimum wage is $7.25 per hour, which many claims is primarily low for an individual to live on. While others argue that the federal minimum wage should be raised to $10.0 or $15 per hour, others question the existence of a minimum wage policy. Arguments for setting up a minimum wage hang on the concept that organizations should ensure that employees earn significant wages to secure essentials and live on. Therefore, if a business is not legible to pay employees enough amounts to live on, it is supposedly not viable since it solely depends on wage subsidies.
