Social media have always been given a vital role in society. Wang et al. defined social media as a relationship that exists for connection to form in a wide range of people. Since its birth, it has dramatically changed communication, and up until now, change is still constant. Yet social media is not different from others as its effects go both ways, the positive and the negative.
Akram & Kumar stated that social media affects business, medical and health, education, society, and the youth. They elaborated on the positive and negative effects of social media in terms of these categories. With the help of social media, socializing with society was more comfortable to access and be done. Since relationships have a significant role in an individual's growth, social media helps build this role. Still, according to them, social media also helps people learn various concepts and technology to improve their improvement.
