Evolution of the Conflict Resolution
The conflict resolution is helpfully using specific methods to address conflicts CITATION Neu19 \p 1 \l 13321 (Neu and Kriesberg 1). Such methods are provided by different researchers in and outside this field. Neu and Kriesberg said that in 1945 after the world wars, the scholars were dedicated searching for the root cause of the problem that arises and causes war. Then after a year until 1969, the Cold War resulted in the growth of conflicts that may cause a nuclear war, and the administration had its way to terminate it. To weaken the tension, private sectors initiated conferences and peacemaking happened. The study about conflict resolution nurtured, game theory, and rational models are involved. In the year 1970-1989, this field of education continued to nourish, and it has formed an association that aims to solve the conflicts without using violence CITATION Neu19 \p 2 \l 13321 (Neu and Kriesberg 2). While lesser conflicts resulting in destruction happened in 1990 until 2008. In this time frame, associations such as the UN and African Union started their peace-making enormously. The latest period-2009 through 2017 showed the growth of conflicts without viciousness, types of machinery used in good and bad deeds, global warming, increased number of terrorists, etc. The massive impact of these instances to the conflict resolution made them more focused on the methods that may be used to resolve conflicts as extensive as this period experienced.
The Conflict Approaches

The five approaches to conflict are; 1) “Contending Style” which means a person is bias to himself or being unfair to the other person or party, 2) “To Yield" saying a person cares for the opinion or stand of the other person or party, 3) "Avoid Conflict And Withdraw" which initiate less interest with the stand of both sides, 4) "Compromise" means having a good benefit for the position of both parties that search for a room to settle, and lastly, 5) "High Regard For Interests Of Both Self And The Other" pertains to being severe fighting for with one’s stand while being fair knowing the other party’s position resulting to solving the conflict resourcefully.
Galtung’s Model of Conflict, Violence & Peace
The Conflict Triangle by Galtung has a wide range diverging into three different classifications; changing aspects that affect the struggle, the reasons for the efforts, and fair calculationsCITATION Mai18 \p 68 \l 13321 (Maitra 68). The model created by Gatlung is widely known and used as a pattern for resolving the struggle. Together with other researchers, Gatlung tried to show the changing aspects compare to the improvements with fair calculations. According to Miatra, Gatlung hypothesizes that the root of struggles revolves with the three corners of the model which are; A which is the struggle with attitude, B which is the struggle with behaviour, and C is the struggle with the discrepancy.
