Star War: Fictional Religion
The star war film is based on Jediism and The Force of religion, which borrows from Buddhism mindful-meditation, concentration, interdependence, and attachment. However, the movie is more spiritual than religious. In the beginning, the two Jedi cultivated meditation associated with Buddhism/Methodist, while the last Jedi resonates with the contemporary religion. Thus, it can be deduced that the film highlights the rise, struggles, and fall of ancient organized religion (Burke). Further, the film presents cross-cultural theology in which a Christian can watch the movie and feel presented the same case to a Buddhist and an Islam.
The film can be said to be religious. Buddhism practices, such as mindful meditation and axiom-spouting space monks who keep order in the galaxy, represent religion....
