Physical activities include medium aerobic exercises such as regular running, walking, swimming, dancing, and light weight lifting, increasing the body's metabolic systems. Maintaining a healthy diet and being physically active enhances a human being’s metabolism, controls body weight and reduces exposure to diseases.
Healthy eating prevents excessive weight gain and obesity. Excessive weight gain and obesity are risky health conditions like diabetes, coronary illness, stroke, and osteoporosis. Being overweight and having obesity makes one’s organs and body work on overdrive, leading to early organ failure. Human beings must change their lifestyle and eat a variety of healthy foods without excessive fats, salts, sugar, and calories to control the effects.
