Both films, the Back to the Future by Robert Zemeckis and Stephen Spielberg "Temple of Doom" demonstrate high are some of the best classical movies in the 20th century. The two classics have unique approaches on how they depict on society issues such as gender and race. Back to the Future is an action packed and adventure science fiction and fantasy comedy film focusing on time travellers. Indiana Jones "Temple of Doom is a classic American adventure film with a high entertainment value. The way ideologies have been produced and transmitted in Indiana Jones "Temple of Doom" confirms a high level of critical thinking in effort to bring on ideas on how to avert life's complexities through heroism. Both movies seems to resolve these complexities by heroic approach, while operating within society using life's ordinary and extraordinary trials disguising avoidance of society with perceived adventure

As much as Back to the future uses strong language on racial issues in the 1950's set up, Indiana Jones "Temple of Dom" is characterised by high racism content as throughout the scenes. This is however carefully demonstrated by the double plotlines on adventure and love story that unfold to demonstrate the in-depth realities in of the old fashioned sexism and racism depicting on the forces of darkness.
