New Year Resolutions and How I Plan To Achieve Them
Resolutions are meant to spark positive and behavior change in one’s life. This year I only have two main resolutions. Basic reason for me having resolutions to follow this years is to help me evaluate myself and take notes, whether I have recorded any individual growth and become a better person than who I was when the year started.
