Your submission “How to Handle Depression” portrays three primary ways of eliminating depression. In reality, many students suffer from depression silently. As you stated, there exist numerous things that can trigger stress at school, namely classes, subject complexity, assignments, relationships, fatigue, and homesickness. Some of these factors cannot be avoided, and the best way to do is to learn how to manage or suppress them when they occur.
