I have been using MS PowerPoint as a media in the presentation of my documents. The media is essential in the presentation of essays as it has layout capabilities, customization and image control making my papers to look presentable to the readers. Nevertheless, I have been facing challenges such as the correction of spelling errors and merging for sending letters and memos. However, a change to MS-word media has been crucial in enhancing my writing experience. The application of the Word press or Ms-word has enabled me to develop good writing habits in various essays. Thus, I have been able to brainstorm, provide good outlines, drafting, revision and editing. Initially, I used to present my work in PowerPoint with the inclusion of pictorials and graphs to enable the document to look presentable to the readers.
