Compare and Contrast the business culture between the United States and China
It is important understanding that different countries from different parts of the world share different cultural practices. Sometimes people doing business in a given country such as the United States may assume that everyone from other countries does business the way Americans do businesses. However, it is keynoting that different countries have different cultures which operate according to a different set of values. This paper evaluates the differences and similarities which exist in the business culture between the United States and China.
One major difference between the Americans and the Chinese is their mentalities. Notably, the Americans are highly individualist and they, therefore, tend to value personal accomplishments above the collective achievements.
