What three things strike you about the neighborhood( means inward area, the four sites neighborhood)?
From the four sites, what struck me most was that the buildings around the sites were a bit old and need reconstruction and cleaning. Most of the pavements are either cracked or weathering already, likely due to the constant use and lack of sufficient maintenance. From the state of the streets, it seems that street cleaning might not be regularly done and this can be one of the reasons why the paths are not maintained as much. There are heavy volumes of vehicles parked on the sides of almost all sites, and this is probably linked to non-suspension of side parkings due to lack of street cleaning services. There are also several ongoing developmental projects such as improvement of lots and commercial/residential construction.
What challenges or advantages do you note about the four sites?
The main challenges I can see are the state of the roads and the buildings...
