Harassment is huge issues that affect numerous business, both small and big organizations. There are various multinational companies which have been linked to workplace harassment against some members of the workforce. It is keynoting that all forms of workplace harassment are unconstitutional and are likely to affect the productivity of the affected employees and can also impact the safety and comfort of workers. The literature evaluated why the statement “Workplace sexual harassment is also difficult to litigate” from The New York Times is incorrect.
