First, the clearly seen rule of composition in the first image is the angle of the camera that the picture was taken. The image shows that the frame is tilted at about 20 degrees at the horizon. Second, the rule about the use of mass and color, likewise, was followed in the image. Thor is bigger and more vividly colored than the rest of the individual objects in the image that draws the eyes of the audience to Thor. Third, the diagonal lines at the horizon are guiding the gaze of the eyes towards Thor.
