Discovering the characteristics of the target audience is critical in strategizing how better to reach them. This entails an understanding of the demographics and styles of potential clients. In this case, the target audience will consist of homemakers, particularly mothers. These are willing to spend on household items like detergents. Hence, the positioning of SoftX Detergent will be in such a way that it will be natural and unconstructive.
The second stage will entail telling the target audience about SoftX Detergent. This phase will aim to establish brand credibility.
