Decision-making is a complex and intriguing human behavior whereby an individual makes a choice by collecting information and evaluating the different solutions in front of them. Sometimes, I feel overwhelmed and stressed when making decisions, especially when the decision is significant and time seems to be going fast. Consequently, I end up making emotional decisions founded on my fears and irrational thoughts, something I would like to change.
