SECTION 1: "DAY IN THE LIFE" IDEAS [3 points]

The day-in-life activity helps you map out your persona's day's journey to generate ideas about how your app will integrate into their lives. It includes thinking about persona's day, including his health issues such as his activities, how he feels, his thoughts and decisions, frustrations, and daily goals. The app that we are going to develop will have a function that will include short and concise knowledge of blood sugar levels, including old and new measurements, HbA1c, blood pressure, cholesterol, weight, and BMI. The user will be able to add values, set goals, and watch his or her 'health data history.' This function will help in solving the issue of following through with self-monitoring and evaluating the likely cause of changes in blood sugar levels.
SECTION 2: GAMIFICATION IDEAS [3 points]

Gamification is an activity that can identify ways to make your app competitive, fun, and motivating for the user. It is used to encourage repeated engagement with the mhelth app and provide extrinsic motivation for the user to live a healthier lifestyle. It makes the app more competitive, fun and motivating.
