There are five types of the advocacy tactics that are applicable to the Singapore and they include the following; persuasion, complaints, grievances and fair hearings, embarrassing the Target of Change, political pressures and also petitioning.
One is persuasion tactics which is used to sway other people’s ideas or the opinions by convincing them to agree with your own view that you have gone through it. In this situation, many people know about what happened and they always agree if you able to persuade them. These boosts your own sales and also gaining trust in them.
Second is Complaints, grievances and fair hearing tactics. If the applicant is not satisfied, he or she has right to make a complaint and file the grievance about the issue. Then after a health decision of the appeal is presented to department of the Human services, fair hearing is then requested by state for complainant.
Third is embarrassing the Target of Change tactics. These is whereby the applicant is able to deal with the opposition. He or she should be able to defend himself against them. The advocates should be willing to listen to the complaint, then make the final decision conc...
