Your coaching and assessment pattern is excellent and delivers the training needed. Most people do train from a bare minimum threshold to ensure learners grasp enough and can improve themselves. I understand that we work with clients from different backgrounds, with varying cognitive skills. My main concern is if this would determine the time taken in training, as Dunbar (2016) suggested about clean coaching. Would you plan again if the clients had no background information? How would the training differ for people with so much information who are confused at their abilities?

Time indeed is limited that coaches must properly utilize with clients. Your assertion is for coaches to spend time evaluating the feedback before meeting their clients. How would this differ for the most advanced and slow learners? Let us assume the clients do not correctly internalize the teachings, hence giving irrelevant feedback to you. How would you assist them in coping with the differences? After reading a book by Jones (2016), I feel that this may work well if the coach worked well with the clients and understand their areas of weaknesses. By that, they can suggest what the clients would do to improve themselves so that less time is taken in working on the feedback.
