In this video, Seth expounds on consciousness – experiences that human beings encounter either physically or emotionally. According to Seth, consciousness is an individual’s responsiveness to memories, thoughts, sensations, feelings, and surroundings. Alternatively, Seth argues consciousness to be all types of experiences people encounter as they relate with their environment. For instance, when an individual undergoes suffering, they become conscious, whether through mental illness or pain. He further explains that every living organism in the environment has a sense of its existence.
