Problem solving constitutes numerous, specific and specially designed methods used in an orderly manner to find solutions to issues. Principles of creativity and reasoning can be applied in the professional environment by being used as a framework to better teamwork, improving the ability to interact with and retain employees and as a method of problem solving by creating a psychological distance between problems and creativity or reasoning in the environment.
