Results
This section provides the results of the experiment that was conducted on the Predictor of Emotional Intelligence. This presents the various statistics and information gathered from the data collection methods and the statistical tools used.
Attributes of Emotional Intelligence
The survey results showed that some characteristics were more prominent than others. In the Gratitude Scale, it was shown that a significant number of the respondents answered that they are most likely to be ‘imaginative with an active mind’ (n=85), ‘handles stress well and is relaxed’ (n=80), and ‘is outgoing an adventurous’ (n=70). The survey results also revealed that there several respondents who reported to be ‘aloof and shy’ but are also ‘very imaginative with an active mind’ (n=35).
Across genders, the results showed that men are more imaginative and can handle stress more than women. Among the participants, about 50 of the men who have answered have reported highly on ‘imaginative with an active mind,’ compared to 30 of the women.
