Model of Leadership

Three question to answer in three paragraphs. I gave a job experience to use to answer the three question.

Think of a person that exemplifies a model of leadership from your life’s experience. My Bank branch manager. Use the senecio below to answer the three question. 3 paragraphs 

1, Describe their traits and behaviors important to leadership.

2,  What traits or behaviors did they possess that made you willing to follow?

3, What examples or model behaviors do you try to emulate that they modeled for you?

 Please provide at least a full page with three solid paragraphs.

 My Branch manager was my model of leadership. My first job as a teller and then I was promoted to lead teller to verse 6 other tellers. I had to run a smooth operation to service customer at busy times. After 3 months I was called into the office. I knew there was complaints so I figured I would be demoted. My manager called me in the office and asked me how I thought I was doing I told her I was not sure. She mentioned she has been observing me and told me she had numerous complaints. Then she turned around and told me I was doing a great job. She said if she did not receive any complaints then she would know I was not doing my job. I was making small changes to run an efficient operation and she said it's natural for people to come in when they are pushed a little bit outside their comfort zone and then where they've never had any structure. Her words to me she asked Lisa why did you take this job to make a difference or to make friends? I said to make a difference. She said exactly I didn't promote you to make friends so that phrase why did I take the job I can go make friends at a yoga class in a social setting but that phrase really resonated with me I've never had a supervisor and or manager ever come in the office to compliment me on complaints they were receiving. I don't know what kind of management style. After watching the video the biggest mistake leaderships can make on YouTube I realized I really wasn't making any of those mistakes and didn't know it back then. Back then I thought I had no idea what I was doing and everybody was complaining about me.
