Learning has been defined as a process that brings about permanent change in human behaviour (Chance, 2008). This has been seen as a function of many influencing factors like age, heredity, environment, physical challenges, punishment and reinforcement. These have been seen to influence the rate of learning as they either enhance or inhibit learning processes (Chance, 2008). These factors were well articulated by the instructor and well understood in their application and effects on impacting change in human behaviour.
Despite the good articulation and review of the course, various aspects were not well grasped. These include the measures of learning and the use of animals to depict human behaviour under different circumstances. Learning is a process that needs to be measured so that the teacher can know to what extent the learners get their behaviour influenced and the rate of this change.
