Using behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to meet the unique requirements of people with behavioral issues is my primary responsibility as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This job includes direct client interaction, behavior assistance, data gathering, and multidisciplinary teamwork. Evidence-based interventions aim to improve clients' lives by reducing maladaptive behaviors and encouraging favorable ones.

ABA ethical principles serve many purposes. They protect the rights and welfare of clients, including those with developmental impairments, behavioral disorders, or other special needs. By following the highest professional standards, ethical codes help practitioners preserve the rights and dignity of those they support.
