Stress is part of the bodily constituent particles whenever they resist a separation, sliding or compression based on the applied force. In other words, stress is that critical state emanating from a mental or bodily harm as a result from those factors that seem to change the required equilibrium. There are however five key social motive imminent about the topic of discussion-stress. Belonging, controlling, understanding, trusting others and enhancing the self. Of the above stated social motives, enhancing one’s self stands out because; a person is who he/she is. Stress is a condition that one imparts on the self. Everyone has a right to make decisions based on what they believe. Stress is known to cause irreparable conditions in someone’s life. It is a killer “disease”. No one thinks straight in a stressful environment. Many people have stigmatised stress in the sense that they die faster because of this belief, not because the stress killed them. The way forward is to make sure that stress is contained in its manageable limits. The advice about stress is to make people think positively about stress. Negative thought only serve as amplifiers to the entire scenario.
