This is a literature review on discrimination.

2. Find three papers that examine whether discrimination exists and do a literature review. In the modern corporate world, all employees have several rights including “the right not to be discriminated against” regardless of the organization. Although a right that protects various individuals from any form of discrimination exists, still discrimination exists and is applicable to all people and circumstances. Enough literature on discrimination exists but it does not provide the exact type of discrimination being exercised. This paper will review three literatures on discrimination to identify the types of discrimination that are available in the workplace.

Data Set
This study had a population of 966 undergraduates in Israel. They were selected from mandatory courses that had a large population. They were grouped into two groups where the first group consisted University of Haifa and the College of Tel Aviv students. The second group consisted students from Tel Aviv University. The students were chosen based on their ethnic names.
Methodology
To answer the questions of the study, the researchers conducted experiments with the “trust game. The participants were divided into two groups and given some money and asked to transfer some to the other group. It also used the dictator and ultimatum games to determine the taste of discrimination.
Results
From the analysis of the results from the game, the researchers found out that ethnic discrimination in a segmented society is gender-reliant.
