The IDEAL Problem-Solving Model
Understanding the use of the IDEAL problem-solving model is essential for any individual. This is due to the model’s applicability for academic and professional problems and even for solving daily life situations.
Accordingly, one of the problems I encountered using the IDEAL Model was when I worked on a group project where we had difficulty communicating and working together. We had a problem finding a common time where we could work together since some of us have work. Thus, I initially identified our problem (schedule conflict) and if other possible issues hinder our capacity to work together (i.e., interpersonal problems).
