Re-Inventory Your Conflict Styles: For the first part of this activity, you will retake the conflict style inventory Figure 2.1 Identifying Your Conflict Style Download Figure 2.1 Identifying Your Conflict Stylethat you took in your Week 1’ Identifying and Managing Conflict discussion forum. (Note: This downloadable Word document version of the inventory has been provided by the publisher and is an adaption of Figure 2.1 Identifying Your Conflict Style that is also presented in Chapter 2 of your textbook. You may complete either the downloadable adaption or the version in the textbook.)
Once you have re-inventoried your conflict styles, complete the following in a post of at least 300 words:
Compare your results from Week 1 with your results in Week 6.

A Comparison of Week 1 And Week 6 Results
A review of Chapter 2: Power and Conflict Styles during the week 1 assignment helped me identify the five major styles, which are accommodative, collaborative, competitive, avoidant, and compromising (Jandt, 2016). Of those styles, the score in Figure 2.1 suggested I was inclined to the collaborative conflict management style. However, the Week 6 assessment of my style was characteristically different, having scored avoidance 17/11, competition 10/12, compromise 18/17, accommodation 19/11, and collaboration 10/13. The variance is arguable because I have learned more about conflicts and the most appropriate ways to address them. Generally, the variation in my scores is because my perspective of conflicts and how to handle them has changed during the course of my learning.
