Based on my education and experience, while leadership and management are necessary for organizational success, there are several elements that make them different. I consider management more of administrative, that is, it is centered on the accomplishment of specific tasks. On the other, I believe leadership revolves around inspiration and relationships. I would say that leadership pays attention more to human factors, that is, it is more concerned about the affairs of the members of the organization.
