The term joint ventures have grown in popularity over the years due to its tremendous impacts. One of the countries that recently want to embrace it is China and India. Most people are inquiring about why these countries wish to embrace joint ventures. One of the reasons India wants to form joint ventures with China is that it wants to have the Chinese expertise it lacks (ChinaViewTV, 2014).
