Assignment Part 2: Write the Reflection
Write a 2-page reflection about your interview that you will submit to Turnitin. Your paper should describe the individual you interviewed (e.g., who they are, what their position is, who they work for, how you located them, etc.), along with what you learned about the interviewee and their career/position, and how this interview influenced your career goals and preparation (e.g., what did you learn, what skills do you need to develop?).
Presentation is also important, so take the time to outline your major points before you start writing so that the paper flows from one topic to the next and each paragraph addresses a central topic. You may want to use headings to organize your paper by topic. Do not focus on filling up pages, but on presenting information and demonstrating your knowledge and reflection. Be sure to proof-read. If you use in-text citations/references to support your definitions of concepts and information you are discussing referencing must follow APA 7th edition guidelines.
Format: Your reflection paper should be 2 pages of text, depending on how concisely you write.This is an academic paper and should use professional language. It should be written in APA
format, which means that it should include a title page and a reference page and use appropriate
in-text citations for all resources used (e.g., textbook, journal articles, lecture notes, Pdf
documents from UR Courses, etc.).
