1) What human resource tools will you draw upon in the overall development and management of the project team?
2) What approach will you take to kick off the project team?
3) What ground rules will you establish for team meetings and interaction?

5) What methods will you employ to resolve conflict throughout the stages of team development?
6) What will be the conflict sources within the team development process?
7) How will you set and measure goals and reward achievement?

Development of a Simple Project Team for Fintech’s Current Relocation Project
Fintech Solutions is an IT company located in West Hollywood. Due to recent internal and external developments, the company plans to move its offices to Downtown LA. The move will help the organization consolidate all existing buildings into one space and support the projected growth. The successful implementation of the project relies on the development of an effective team. The current paper provides an overview of how the team will be developed.
Vital Human Resources Tools
The two most important resources to draw from include funds and personnel. In terms of personnel, the team will be developed from existing employees and organizations providing outsourced services such as movers and interior design experts. The employees who will form part of the team may see their day-to-day operations interrupted, affecting the organization's overall productivity throughout the current project. The second essential resource funds. For instance, employees who form part of the team should be compensated for their efforts, travel around the city to view and select ideal new premises, and meet regularly to exchange notes. Funds, as an essential resource, are vital because they pay for the mentioned activities.
Approach to Team Development
The team development process will rely on the five stages developed by Bruce Tuckman in the 1960s. These stages include forming, storming, norming, performing, and termination. However, for each of these steps to be effective, a reliable approach is required. Therefore, the team formation will rely on an approach defined by four core aspects (Shuffler, Diazgranados, Maynard, & Salas, 2018). The first aspect is the alignment of goals. Members must be able to understand the goals and objectives of the project. This way, each tea member understands what is required of the team. In this case, the objective is to determine an ideal new premise that will offer Fintech the best location for its operations. The second aspect is the clarification of roles. Once members understand the goals and objectives of the team, each member must understand the specific roles they will play. The issue of roles also determines the group members in the sense that chosen members have demonstrated the skills and abilities to work with the team and to handle the specific roles assigned. The third aspect of the approach is the building of interpersonal relationships. This occurs in the forming stage, where grounds for communication, giving & receiving support, and sharing are established. Team members with excellent interpersonal relations are more likely to achieve the team’s objectives. The last aspect is to establish mechanisms for conflict resolution. Forming a team implies bringing together individuals with different opinions, ideas, and perceptions. As a result, conflicts must be anticipated.
