Leaders from all sectors of the economy have fought for years to amplify the role of diversity (race and culture) in national policies formulation in the United States. Information on the Covid 19 pandemic's economic and health-related effects, as well as footage of police violence, provides the most recent proof that the leaders are right (Schell et al., 2020). The turmoil in our public spaces and the inequality in our inpatient care facilities force our country's leaders to confront this reality and take action.
Explanation:
Covid 19, police brutality among other issues is prevalent among the people of color. Therefore, I used this information from the article to indicate the increased systemic racism that exists in institutions supposed to offer services to the people color such as healthcare facilities and law enforcement. I used the information to further present the problems that these institutions (healthcare facilities and law enforcement) fail to address adequately when it comes to people of color.
I combined the two pieces of information from the two sections to come up with the sentence because they indicate how systemic racism (racial segregation) occurs.

Several groups have undertaken several community economic development programs to address the impact of structural prejudice in our government and culture. As significant participants in the economy and various national community-building projects, we should enhance our decision-making (Schell et al., 2020). The associations likewise intend to use their experience, skills, and contacts to serve as a springboard for professionals seeking to address the systemic racism that hampers our economy.
