I always wanted a baby brother or sister because I was the only child, and being the only child, I got lonely sometimes. I always play and spend a lot of times with friends, but one thing I really desired so much was someone I could play with like a little brother or sister. Of course, I had friends who were my age mates, but my friends couldn’t live with me so I needed someone who could live with me whom I could mess with, and even blame things on. Whenever I took a cookie from a plate, it was clearly me because I couldn’t blame it on someone, and this got me into trouble with my mum so many times. I really enjoyed time with friends, but my dad grew tired of them; in fact, my mum never liked them so I ended up being alone.
I was young, and just came from school to find out that my mum was expecting a child. I was told that the baby would be born sometime in October, and the baby would be a boy. Being the oldest child, I was very worried because I thought that I was going to get less attention around my home, and my parents were going to rely on me always to help out with the new baby. As October was approaching quickly, my mum was getting close to have my brother. As the school continued, I actually got excited about the thought of having a baby brother.
