Summary Analysis
Considering the bozo explosion HubSpot, it has been observed that the bozos having a higher rank hire other bozos to feel as superior. For the last seven years, the same phenomenon has happened inside HubSpot (Lyons, 2016). The main issue with bozos is that they are unaware of the fact they are bozos, which in turn, makes them feel the right hand of HubSpot. In HubSpot, there are many examples of bozos who regardless of not performing active duties, think that without them, the organization would never sustain. For example, Cranium is the pioneers at HubSpot, but what he does is that he has built a fake reputation of the company which is not present at all. In simple words, Cranium was given this job by his father, and he never deserved it. Cranium, along with his right-hand Wingman, surrounds themselves with the individuals having less experience, but they must be loyal with them. For example, Holly and Jordan are the first favorite hires of Cranium.
Apart from this, there are many other examples of bozos at HubSpot who do not realize their mistakes. Instead, they consider themselves as the key players of the organization. These bozos are getting paid without even being evaluated by the work they provide. For example, Marcia from the blog team of HubSpot has identified the “Historical Blog Search Engine Optimization” (Lyons, 2016). What she does is that she changes the byline or date of some information in old blog posts which in turn results in boosting the search result ranks.
On the other hand, the youngest blogger at HubSpot, Ashley published a post in which she pointed out the grammar mistakes that should be avoided. However, in her post, there were several grammar mistakes of which she was unaware of. In a nutshell, it can simply be assumed that the bozos at HubSpot are self-promoters (Keyton, 2010). They consider themselves market professionals, but they are not. The websites created by them have the purpose of building their brands and public their accomplishments.
The workers at HubSpot seem to be confused about who is their boss. The reason for that is quite simple as they get controlled by several bozos. The bozos are the higher authority, and they govern authorities to each other due to reference. The best example in this scenario is Jordan as she can do anything she wants in HubSpot. As per Lyons, they were working at HubSpot was eye-opening. It can simply be assumed that the bozos working at HubSpot have no clue how to run a sales team (Lyons, 2016). The matter of fact is that they do not have any sales process. The authorities lack interest as they are unaware of what the product is going to be. The talent is wasted, and the hiring process is inefficient as well. It must be considered that if the issues are not resolved, and a proper suitable hiring system is not established within HubSpot, the organization may waste the young talent. The bozos undoubtedly have a significant impact on the culture of HubSpot. In the current scenario, the bozos have simply ruined the culture of the organization.
