The Analytics of the Three Articles
1 After reading the material, some of the concepts that I have learned include; (1) customer relationship management, (2) micro-segmentation, (3) social listening campaigns, (4) descriptive statistics, and (5) data-driven decisions.
Although I have heard about some of these concepts before, one of the things that piqued my interest is the use of social listening campaigns. I found this relatively new and exciting because it teaches us to look not only to the specific market that we are targeting but even to the overall industry to make better marketing decisions and lead amongst our competitors. This is different from my previous notion that I should focus more on the specific market or niche in which I work.
