Culture is a critical area that has been found to have a significant influence on the success of organizations. This argument is supported by the increasing need to improve productivity. According to Dunford (2019), the symbolic performance presents a perfect platform for witnessing the culture of institutions even as most of them seek to find the best ways of passing important messages.
