The teaching profession is an education program based on the division of labor according to social, economic, and technological aspects. The teaching profession is a program that has originated from social and economic changes arisen in the societies, and it has economic, social, technical, cultural, and scientific perspectives. Teaching is a learning profession that emerged the education process as a career field and vocation in the entire world (Simonson, Zvacek & Smaldino, 2019). However, several arguments rose a long time ago, whether it is a profession or not. This essay will validate this question as to why be it or is not a profession. Besides, it will provide different distinctive themes and issues in teaching as to why it is essential in society. It will also focus on the qualities that facilitators need to possess to enhance for an effective teaching or learning process to the students. The study will help people to understand the professional ethics people gain from the teaching process as they on daily life experiences.
The main approaches to education quality have become the directing force towards promoting quality-based education. Since 1980, quality education is a watchword in different institutional sectors, including primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, and universities. The teaching profession has two principles that better learning skills in higher learning institutions. The human rights approach inspires learners of different levels to access education as a reflection on human rights values and principles. Every child, despite the gender and physical disability, has the right to towards getting a proper education in society. The human capital approach is a conception that guarantees all people according to the quasi-market principles (Altbach, Reisberg & Rumbley, 2019).
