Human resource managers (HR) play an integral role in every organization. They have extensive responsibilities, such as developing strategies to control expenditures when hiring new employees (Armstrong, 2006).
Planning
Human resource managers are obliged to plan and helping an organization achieve its goals. Under planning, they identify business objectives and strategize on how to achieve the set goals (Armstrong, 2006).
The Analysis of Jobs and Expected Designs
HR is mandated to develop hiring designs that help the organization meet its goals. The criteria to hire new employees should focus on equality and fairness. Additionally, HR professionals are responsible for job rotation and building performance teams in every department within an organization (Dudhat, 2021).
Hiring
Hiring is one of the significant roles undertaken by human resource managers. They have bestowed the responsibility of recruiting and hiring varied talents in an organization. HR managers do not just hire but also indulge in sieving and attracting the best to the open positions. They scrutinize the backgrounds of the workers and then design acceptance letters (Bianca, 2019).
Developing Policies
Every organization has policies that guide the workers and stakeholders towards the vision of the firm. HR managers have the responsibility of developing policies and actualizing all of them. In this case, they monitor the progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the policies in the organization.
