An order is a vital requirement in various institutions, particularly an organization or military. An institution such as an organization, order refers to workplace set policies, rules, and regulations that govern employees on work. The higher authority management gives these orders to minor workers demanding them to follow it without disobedience.
First, the importance of obeying an order creates uniformity among workers. Rules and regulations help in ensuring that individuals working in an organization maintain high standards and codes of conduct (Hodgson, 2015). Additionally, obeying orders ensures that there is no different interpretation of information regarding production in the workplace, thus maintaining consistency leading to the uniform workflow.
Obedience to law fosters safety. Protection from danger is a vital concern that is boldly addressed in the workplace policy. Thirdly, observing organization orders improves employees' job security. Many companies impose strict penalties on employees who disobey workplace policies and regulations. Therefore, employees must obey and stick to organization rules to avoid being fired.
Orders help to promote harmony among the workers of the company. Rules prevent chaos from taking place in the organization.
