There is no longer any doubt that human beings are responsible for the change in the chemical concentration of our atmosphere. According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the United States, the percentages of carbon compounds, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides have risen quite greatly. These are natural heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, without which, our universe would be much cooler by reflecting sin’s heat. The average American citizen produces more greenhouse gases than anyone else on earth (Witherbee, 2019). This essay is an analysis of the science of global warming, how the risk is increased, and how to slow down climate change.
Problems arise when heat-trapping gases become too dense, retaining the heat from the sun, which increases the earth’s atmosphere gradually. Scientists believe that a larger temperature has been recorded over the last decades except producing sulphate aerosols, which aid in reflecting heat away.
